Description:
Donne Bitner from Orlando will be showing her mixed media and acrylic pieces with charcoal, pastel and graphite. "Although subject matter varies, my intent is to follow the mark - to layer and strip away and find the hidden meaning of a piece."
Donne makes washes with transparent acrylics to reveal the mystical, moody, and soulful paintings featured at the Fifth Avenue Art Gallery March 2nd through 29th. Donne’s techniques are sometimes experimental in nature as she expresses herself in art. The show opens on the First Friday March 5th, from 5:30-8:00 PM. Free and open to the public.
