Green Gables Historic Home Open House

Green Gables is the 128-year-old Queen Anne historic home of the Wells family, one of the generous benefactors who played a key role in the development of early Melbourne. At this time Green Gables needs our community members to embrace the nonprofit’s vision for this architecture and family legacy to be safeguarded.  Green Gables at Historic Riverview Village, Inc. is establishing a plan to rehabilitate and restore the home under the Dept. of Interior’s rules for historic properties. This will be an ambitious endeavor where we will need the community’s support to be successful.

Come and relax on the grounds along the Indian River Lagoon.

Children 12 and under are free.  Last tour begins at 1:30 PM
