This Accessibility Policy sets out how Brevard Cultural Alliance (BCA), as the designated local arts agency for Brevard County, is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. BCA actively works to align this website to ever-evolving, best-practice standards and guidelines.

Standards & Guidelines

This website endeavors to conform to level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the website more user-friendly for all people.

This website has been built using code compliant with W3C standards for HTML and CSS, and as such, it should operate correctly when accessed by modern browsers.

Exceptions

Although BCA strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to provide 100% of site content to all users.
