Brevard Chorale: A Change of Seasons Concert

Justin Walker and the 50 mixed voices of the Brevard Chorale present two concerts featuring excerpts from Randall Thompson’s Frostiana (a collection of settings of Robert Frost’s poetry), together with a large variety of seasonal songs to reflect the change from autumn to winter.  The varied concert combines styles, including traditional British carols (familiar and lesser-known), a 60’s folk song, a jazz setting of Shakespeare, and a cold-and-flu Bach parody.

The first concert is Wednesday, November 29, at Th Great Outdoors Community Church in Titusville. The second concert is Saturday, December 2, at Simpkins Fine Arts Auditorium on the Cocoa Campus of Eastern Florida State College.
