Biography
Nancy Reid is an artist, educator, and psychologist specializing in creativity. Her work is widely exhibited and held in nation wide private and institutional collections. Award winning art includes paintings in mixed media, acrylic, and watercolor. She has also contributed award winning work in murals, and parade art exhibitions.
Reid holds an MFA in painting, and a PhD in psychology specializing in creativity. She is a retired college educator in the visual arts and is a licensed therapist interested in the arts and nature as paths to healing.
Recently relocated to Melbourne Beach from Northern Illinois, Reid looks forward to contributing to the artistic, creative and ecologically minded community in Brevard County.
